Outstanding - client-focused, transparent and highly effective
I was referred to Chris, Georgia, and Aran at People Legal by two former colleagues, and it was the best decision I made. I have since referred another colleague, which I think says it all. They supported me throughout a complex, extended employment matter and were outstanding from start to finish, consistently providing prompt, clear, and practical advice. Chris was transparent about costs and used a tiered approach, addressing the strongest points first and escalating only when necessary to achieve the best outcome efficiently and avoid unnecessary fees. I was kept fully informed, included in correspondence, and involved in every decision, with risks and trade-offs explained in plain English. When specialist input was required, Chris was upfront about limitations and encouraged me to seek additional advice. In negotiations, Chris was bold when appropriate and clear about when further action was not recommended. The outcome significantly exceeded my expectations. The team was highly responsive, including outside normal hours, and made a stressful situation much easier to manage. I would not hesitate to recommend People Legal.
