Gemma assisted with arranging a deed of variation, which was both time-sensitive and required coordination between five different parties. She managed the process efficiently, liaising with everyone involved, keeping me regularly updated throughout, and ensuring everything was completed within the required timescale. I would also like to recognise Gemma's team, particularly Emily and Steph, who were always helpful, responsive and contributed to making the process run smoothly. Their communication and organisation made what could have been a complex matter much easier to manage, and I was very pleased with the service provided.

A relative passed away and we needed help with their will and probate. We were told by a friend that Gemma Brooke was the best at dealing with this. On our very first meeting with Gemma she was very friendly and made us feel at ease. She told us not to worry and that she would take care of everything. Well, I can honestly say that Gemma has gone above and beyond at keeping us informed every step of the way. When she hasn't been available her assistants Stephanie and Emily have been at hand for everything. Overall, outstanding and very much appreciated.

Value for money conveyancing. After shopping around for conveyancing Cygnet came in at roughly half the price compared to similar law firms in the region. I tried a Leeds law firm who I use for legal at work and they were 4x the cost. The service was also exceptional with great communication with James and Gail. Great firm
