      Hello, I had an extremely difficult tenant that would not leave my property under any circumstances. After a lot of sleepless nights worrying about this I was not confident enough to handle the situation in a court of law by myself. It was, at this time I decided to contact Kevin Studholme at CJK legal in Darlington for advice and help. This was the best decision I have ever made. Kevin looked after me from the very start, informed me of the legal process and I could see he was a man that cared about my situation. This was a difficult case, after going to court the tenant was given an eviction order. Unfortunately after 6 weeks still refused to move. Eventually she was evicted by bailiffs in July. From start to finish on this case Kevins performance was outstanding. He arranged everything for me including the dog handler on the day of eviction ! This man is a true professional dedicated to helping people like myself. If there are any landlords out there who find themselves in a similar situation to mine, my message to you is this….it’s a legal minefield out there very complexed.       Absolutely outstanding

      I approached Kevin from this firm explaining that I needed to to evict a problem tenant and Kevin had provided me with so much information despite even knowing whether I would use his firm and so I took the decision to use his firm after having a few firms on my list The communication is absolutely outstanding every single question I had was always answered Kevin had worked much faster than expected and the time frame to evict the tenant was literally half of the time that it would normally take and not even 24-hours was wasted between section 21 notice is being served and the next step been taken. We were literally 4 weeks ahead of of the initial date of removal. If you want a fast speedy service of quality then this is definitely the firm and I will not hesitate to use them again if necessary for any evictions across my portfolio in the future
