Janice Willey recently carried out the conveyancing on a property purchase for me. I would highly recommend Janice and Randle Thomas as a company. The service provided was quick, efficient and friendly. As a first-time buyer it was a relief to feel like the conveyancing was being handled proactively, without needing a lot of input from me.
Lee and Stephanie worked to get my will drawn up and signed, despite some added complexity. The initial appointment with Lee was very thorough, we went through all eventualities and he asked questions that helped me decide what the best outcome would be. After that meeting Stephanie followed up to get the will drawn up, signed, and some associated paperwork arranged too. They were both responsive, helpful and excellent value.
