Poor communication and 6-month delay on a simple park home sale.
It took 6 months to complete a simple park home sale. I had to constantly chase for updates and was asked for information I had already provided. As a novice seller, they failed to advise of my ongoing responsibility for ground rent and utilities, which—combined with their delays caused the estate direct financial loss through extra ground rent and water rates. Very stressful experience and poor communication throughout
