Wrong advice given -AND incorrect information to review a solicitor.

Having left a previous negative review, I was somewhat bemused to have an email from the company who publishes these reviews to say that this solicitor has complained that I have never been a client of this firm!! I have had to provide proof of our client reference number and correspondence received from Mrs Conroy in order to ensure that my review remains on this site. We paid all of our bills to this solicitor even though we felt that we were paying for a service that fell far short of the standard of service expected. We even found a missed call from this solicitor some months later after my review was published. So Elizabeth Conroy DID know who we were and KNEW how to contact us. This completely refutes her claims that we were never her clients. I have had to provide proof to the company who publishes these reviews that we were clients of this solicitor. I have done so - provided a customer reference number and letters with her signature. Hence, my review still stands. You cannot trust what this lady says to you. Her letters were addressed to BOTH my husband and myself.

Elizabeth Conroy did not listen to us when were certain that situation was heading in a devastating direction. and persisted to give us advice which was counterproductive. To this day we are still having to deal with its aftermath.

I have found myself in need of legal advice twice over the last year. On each occasion, I was supported by the team at Conroy's who connected me with Liz who provided an exemplary service. Her knowledge of the relevant employment legislation was exceptional and she consistently provided me with excellent advice relating to both technical and practical considerations to ensure that I took the most appropriate action to achieve successful outcomes. I could not recommend Liz and her team any more highly and would certainly avail myself of their services again should I find myself in need of similar support in the future.
