I used Kevin Lowther at the Appleby Branch for the selling and purchasing of properties on behalf of my disabled brother earlier this year. I was swapped to him when the solicitor I first started with left the company. He didn’t respond to my emails and was never available for phone calls. I think the only time I actually spoke to him was the day both properties completed. Since then I have emailed him twice asking advice on a problem I found out about the house purchased which, because the property was 200 miles away from the house we sold, we didn’t find out about until after completion. Unsurprisingly he has not even acknowledged my emails or to advise he can’t help, he has just ignored me. I do not recommend this solicitor at all and I would’ve given him no stars if possible.
