Had major issues with Milburns (Workington). Were trying sell a house and they left us in a worse place legally had had to get the ombudsman involved. The ombudsman found them guilty of 3 separate counts of poor service. It's costing us at least £2/3k more due to their lack of advice/ service. They kept saying everything was fine until the 11 hour and they had the information for approx 6 months. AVOID!

DO NOT use this company for family law advise, I have recently used Emma Atkinson Milburns Whitehaven, and she had my children taking into care with no statement from me or a signature from me. She is not a trusting solicitor where family is concerned, please avoid her
