We honestly cannot recommend Charlotte highly enough. She was absolutely incredible throughout the sale of our old home and purchase of our new one, and we genuinely couldn’t have wished for a better solicitor to guide us through what was, at times, a very stressful process. From the very beginning, Charlotte was knowledgeable, professional and incredibly personable. She was so easy to talk to and always took the time to explain things clearly, without ever making us feel like we were asking a silly question. We always felt that we were in safe hands. Her communication was exceptional. She responded incredibly quickly to emails, calls and requests, and kept us constantly updated at every stage. We were never left wondering what was happening or having to chase for information. Even when things became complicated or there were delays and issues outside of her control, Charlotte remained calm, proactive and reassuring, and worked incredibly hard to keep everything moving forward. She was clearly extremely knowledgeable and thorough, paid attention to all the details, and was fantastic at dealing with the many moving parts involved in both a sale and a purchase. She anticipated issues, chased the relevant people when needed, explained our options and always kept our best interests at the forefront. What really stood out, though, was how much she genuinely cared. We never felt like just another file on her desk. She understood how important this move was to us and was there for us throughout the entire process. Buying and selling a house can be incredibly stressful, but having Charlotte in our corner made such a difference. Her professionalism, efficiency, knowledge, communication and genuine kindness were second to none. We cannot fault her in any way and would recommend Charlotte without hesitation to anyone looking for a solicitor. Pally helped us buy our home in record time. 31 days from instruction to completion - and this was not a straightforward purchase either, as we were returning ex-pats, so the background checks etc were more complex. I would have liked to get a little more communications and updates on the odd occasion, but ultimately, getting the work done at record speed was more important than getting every update, and Pally gets things done! Nothing phased her, and she was always cheerful and professional. I would definitely recommend her as a solicitor if you are buying a home. Thanks Pally and team for all your work.
