    Speak to a person!

    I would highly recommend Lovedays Solicitors, with the caveat that you speak person to person with your appointed solicitor. The auto-reply confirmation of receipt of emails can be a little cold and off-putting, not to mention the time it takes to receive a reply on a first come, first served basis. When I left voicemails requesting a call back, the issues in question were resolved in a friendly, efficient and empathetic way.

    Awful service by an incompetent previous solicitor Rosemary Wood who no longer works there. That person made life hell for almost 2 years dragging out the dealing with an estate / Will situation and in the end I took over and it was sorted within 5 or 6 months ! The Legal Ombudsman gave a phonecall today around a year later (about my complaint but they blamed the original Executors saying it was thier fault not hers! HILARIOUS! Don't bother complaining about anything to them ! Yes it was all sorted in the end but at the time this was extremely Stressful ! Good luck to Derbyshire Legal Services who have taken over the company ! I hope you employ some competent people unlike her !

She was so professional and supportive. As first time buyers we were not sure of the process but she made it super easy and explained everything.     An absolutely incredible team of Solicitors. We have worked with them on numerous areas now and have always receive an incredible service, standard, advice and timely feedback. I cannot recommend any more highly and they are now my go-to solicitors, even though not local to us. I'd personally recommend Glenn McClenaghan and Iain Prendergast as they've dealt with everything for me.       Had to up date my will , dealt with Lovedays solicitors , as they had my old one . The solicitor who helped , was a Helen Smith.. she sorted it , from start to finish and explained the procedure and the changes. I needed. Very happy and definitely use again.
