From the first contact made with Katrina at KB LEGAL, I found the service to be top class, compassionate and honest. What was on the face of it a simple case, turned into a long running and more complex process that Katrina did not exploit for profit, I really did feel she cared about the case and the outcome for my family and I. When not available she had at hand a competent and diligent team, ready to answer any queries I had.

Katrina Byrne from KB legal is extremely professional and made the whole process extremely easy to navigate. I was really worried when I was accused of being drunk In charge of a vehicle as this was my first time dealing with the court process in any way but she laid out all the information and really fought my corner and this led to me being found not guilty. I couldn't have done it without her and will always recommend her to anyone.

Katrina at KB LEGAL has just helped me to secure the best possible outcome to my exceptional hardship argument in relationship to totting up penalty points. I have been given a second chance, to support my family and those families that depend on me, this was largely to the hard work and experience of Katrina.
I found her, and her staff extremely helpful and always able to give high quality advice and guidance, by both phone and email and if required in person. I would return to use her services if ever I required them, I found her close professional relationship with the staff at the local courts were invaluable and only aided me in my case, in regards to financial reward, I would and I suppose should have paid 3 times the amount i did, when you consider the time and effort that input. From my whole family we owe Katrina, and KB LEGAL the biggest thanks possible. EXTREMELY HAPPY 😊

Spoke to Rebecca, was asked to send in documentation, and then awaited their response. After ten days I rang them again and left a reminder voicemail message that I was still expecting to hear back from them. A week later and they'd still not come back to me. They wasted three weeks of my time and are evidently not interested in either being courteous or engaging.
