After a long standing issue regarding my previous landlord and landlady, false accusations were made by the former which resulted in the use of the services by Hanselldrew. Not a good move. Repeatedly I asked for information from Mr. Drew. Repeatedly I asked questions which were ignored. Aside from various issues that I had, the last straw was when Mr. mark Drew of the firm, withdrew his council on the wekend eve of a court case, leaving me to try and rocure legal representation oer a weekend and bank holiday. This firm is grossly incompetent and I would advise against using them for any matter. A complaint was made with the firm and yet to date, narly 2 months later, no response has been received.
