Absolutely torture dealing with this company avoid at all costs!

To start with it had taken them a while to get back to me even after my mothers death certificate was sent over to them, they admitted fault and issued a 10% discount which I thought was okay.

This is where the issues started I have had 4 different people on my case since 2021 submitted confirmation twice, for my mothers estate and am only now making headway with my fathers estate, I have raised issue with Amy Wardrop as complaint as I was lead to belive due to the issues and frankly incompetence of friends legal and gab that a further discount would be appropriate.

My mother and fathers estate consists of a house a car, some belongings, and 3 debts one of which I managed to have written off myself and another I had to chase the third party for myself in order to obtain the correct information. I would absolutely avoid this company and gsb.
