Ian phylip, very rude

I enquired about a quote for a commercial lease to look after my interests, after I gave him few details he quoted me £1200 pounds, as I already done all the negotiations and I'm not 100% sure what the work involves I queried about the price.
This Ian phylip replied to me that they are extremely busy and if I was looking to get a lawyer for a "reading" I have to go elsewhere.
As a customer is in my right to ask for what I'm paying for, in the amount being fair or not I'm not sure but a bit of courtesy wouldn't had him! Very rude and unprofessional, and I found out he is the manager?? I would avoid that place, I'm sure other might be nice or professional but this guy running the show it's not recommended. You lost another customer. RUDE!

I have had no proper support from my lawyer or this company at all they think their doctors as well as lawyer had a meeting with my lawyer about my case and in her view when am upset about something I have metal health issues no one can be human now a days and be upset with something my lawyer had no right to say that she has no report from doctors to say am under metal health because am not,have been asked by people about the company for them selfs told them go to other lawyers, but taking it so much fur because they can't do that to people am not under anything at doctors for that so lawyers should not think tat they doctors
