Alex handled the sale of my late father’s house. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns, and kept me abreast of the situation. Despite a few historical complexities related to access to and ownership, the sale proceeded smoothly. Most satisfied with both the service and the reasonable fees.
The proceedings were drawn out and somewhat complicated. Alex was patient and gave clear, positive guidance. He answers email messages without delay and is in charge of what he is doing..
I used Sherwood Solicitorsy on the recommendation of our estate agent, who says ‘he gets the job done’, which I found to be true. He answers emails super promptly and we felt very much that he’s in our corner and is willing, when needed, to be firm with the people on the other side of the transaction. On top of this, he is excellent value for money. Will definitely use next time.
