Mike and his team at MCT Solicitors dealt with my freehold sale and leasehold flat purchase professionally throughout. Their fee quotations were fair and reasonable and, despite the appointment taking 6 months, there were no extras on the bill. Difficult situations arose along the way, particularly around exchange time and completion when, I believe, I may have been spared some of the stresses of the situation. All the staff were friendly, readily accessible and approachable, whether by phone, email or in person. There was an 'open door' policy for personal visits and never a hint of stuffiness. I recommend MCT Solicitors without hesitation for your domestic conveyancing.

Mike was very helpful with my re-mortgage when the other solicitors were taking their time. He responded quickly and ensured our documents were sorted efficiently. Rebecca was also excellent in communicating the updates.

This was just a straightforward sale of a freehold garage - but MCT handled it with the same efficiency as a normal home purchase (which is happening in parallel). They are very well organised so that the many administrative matters that surround any land transaction are dealt with very promptly. They reply to emails very quickly! And - a real bonus compared to some solicitors - with helpful replies!!

Fabulous. I would not hesitate in using MCT again. I turned up an hour early by mistake and it was no problem I was seen straight away. Nothing was a problem. I would definitely recommend.
