Mike and his team at MCT Solicitors dealt with my freehold sale and leasehold flat purchase professionally throughout. Their fee quotations were fair and reasonable and, despite the appointment taking 6 months, there were no extras on the bill. Difficult situations arose along the way, particularly around exchange time and completion when, I believe, I may have been spared some of the stresses of the situation. All the staff were friendly, readily accessible and approachable, whether by phone, email or in person. There was an 'open door' policy for personal visits and never a hint of stuffiness.
