Their fee quotations were fair and reasonable and, despite the appointment taking 6 months, there were no extras on the bill. Difficult situations arose along the way, particularly around exchange time and completion when, I believe, I may have been spared some of the stresses of the situation. All the staff were friendly, readily accessible and approachable, whether by phone, email or in person. There was an 'open door' policy for personal visits and never a hint of stuffiness. I recommend MCT Solicitors without hesitation for your domestic conveyancing.

Mike was very helpful with my re-mortgage when the other solicitors were taking their time. He responded quickly and ensured our documents were sorted efficiently. Rebecca was also excellent in communicating the updates.
