At last a down to earth solicitor that you can actually talk to !

I received a telephone call from Benson & Co, the man caller asked for a member of staff and I told him they were on holiday. He then asked for another member of staff and I told him this member of staff was not in on that day, I offered the secretaries, he was very curt, said I will drop them a line and then hung up, no good bye, thanks for your time or anything.
I thought he was very rude and not very professional and it looks bad on the practice.
