BDG has been my go-to conveyancing for a few years. They have always been super efficient. Had a small problem to iron out with my lease and Ilian Granville (owner) skillfully unpicked it like a pro. - in a matter of days!

Most of the reviews here seem to be five star, which doesn't surprise me after just (yesterday) concluding a house purchase in which Ilian Granville / Butters David Grey looked after things very well indeed. And at an excellent price, too. Definitely recommend, would definitely use them again.

I cannot recommend this firm highly enough. From the start of the conveyancing process Amanda kept me informed and handled all enquiries from the other side efficiently. I was delighted by how responsive she was to my queries and I have always felt reassured by her. In her absence her colleagues picked up the file and the process continued without interruption. There are solicitors who care and listen to the needs of their clients and those that do not. Amanda is definitely in the former category and her attitude is echoed by other members of the BDG team with whom I had some contact. I will definitely be a returning customer.
