Great company to deal with. Excellent communication throughout our house purchase. Looking around they are very competitively priced in the area which was also good news. We dealt with Annabel Beaumont in the Hastings office who really made sure we were updated at every step.
As is often the case in house purchase, there were the usual problems, but everything was dealt with promptly and professionally
I have recently been through a divorce and attempted to represent myself at the beginning. After the first hearing I realised that I was not able to do it alone and contacted Kate at Funnell and Perring. From the word go she was very helpful and suggested ways that I could save money as well as what I could do to help myself. After some contemplation I decided to ask Kate to represent me. Very soon after this we had a new court date through and with only a weeks notice, Kate went through everything that had already happened and prepared all of the paperwork for the court hearing. She suggested a fantastic Barrister who was very understanding and helpful. I would highly recommend Kate to anyone going through this difficult experience.
