Deciding to sell two houses and buy another in three months is not a small undertaking. From the moment we engaged with Leanne I can honestly say her service, communication, speed, diligence and professionalism has been second to none. In particular I really appreciated the level of availability Leanne afforded us, I was always able to speak with her and she always had time for me. Responses to requests came back at lightning speed and she chased other elements of the chain constantly. I have not had a service as good as Leanne’s in all the times I have bought or sold houses, should I be in the need of conveyancing again, there are no others in consideration. Thank you Leanne We cannot thank Leanne Smith enough, she has been absolutely amazing with the conveyancing of 3 properties. Leanne has helped us so much during the process, we honestly don’t know what we would have done without her, she is a true asset to Foort Taylor, the best conveyancer ever! Thank you so much Leanne!

Alison my partner had previously used Katie when selling her former property and highly recommended that we use her again. From start to finish, Katie was professional, proactive, friendly, and kept communication excellent throughout the entire process.
