M R Law were outstanding for my wife, from start to finish, guiding us through step by step. We have all heard the horror stories about "No Win No Fee" lawyers, it was so refreshing to talk to a company that was honest and actually cared about there client. I have received excellent advice and guidance from Ann at all times. She has helped me through the process and made sure I was happy with the outcome.
I cannot fault my experience as a client of this firm. When I started this claim I was doubtful about the outcome because it seemed quite terrifying but was reassured by Tracy. From start to finish Tracy has been keeping me well informed and doing her best to achieve a good settlement for me. I am surprised at how quickly my claim has been settled and thankful for all the time and effort that has been put in. I hope I won’t need to use the firm in the future but would without a doubt go back to them.
