Very Poor Communication and Unprofessional Service
I had a very frustrating experience. If you have plenty of spare time and patience, then maybe you can continue working with them. However, once the deposit was collected, communication became extremely difficult. Calls and messages were often ignored. In particular, Joseph was very hard to reach. When he did answer the phone, the conversation felt unprofessional no basic greetings like “hello” or any polite introduction. Imagine being in a serious situation where you need to sign a lease contract and urgently need to speak with your solicitor, but they are simply not available. Mr. Lazzar also answered calls without checking if I could hear him properly or even confirming he was speaking to the correct person before starting the conversation. In the end, the job was completed, but it came with a lot of unnecessary stress and headaches. I constantly had to chase them just to get a response. Since when did ignoring calls and messages become professional behaviour? Based on my experience, I would not recommend their service.
