the whole sale went very smoothly i was kept in the loop at alltimes by phone and email and by post so helpful by all the staff thank you libby understanding my being in another country thank you guys

I have used ww &s for both Probate and house conveyancing. They were professional and expert in both and I have further work I will be sending their way.

I gave 2 stars as if I was using them for moving house, they are great. But for probate, it was a disaster. Total lack of transparency, feeling that I wasn’t being told the truth, lack of follow up at WWFs side causing significant cost. Relationship became very strained (on both sides) and somewhat hostile. Felt like they did not know what they were doing. The latter probate experience renders it unlikely that I would be able to use them again for conveyancing as relationship was too bad by the end.
Francesca, Isabel and the team were very professional, attentive and efficient at dealing with our property purchase. We were updated frequently on progress and they were very quick at responding to any queries we had. Will definitely be a returning client and will be recommending them.
