Unethical and mis leading

I instructed this firm to complete work for me on a case. The first phone call I had was encouraging, lead me to believe I had an excellent case.
Then as the years went on and thousands spent, I ended up no where, didn’t even go to court. A paralegal did my work but was charged the rate of a solicitor. The most expensive paralegal I have seen.
I would not recommend. They made my life a lot more stressful and I had to re live everything for no reason.
