A really poor experience...
Unfortunately a really poor experience overall. It's also worrying when a solicitor who has been working on your case for three years bids on the same case on lawbid when I was looking for a different opinion. A year has been effectively wasted as the firm failed to get the correct information last year and I was an email away from paying 8k in court fees which weren't needed. Have lodged a complaint and requested plus 5k back in wasted legal fees. From 2021 to August 2023 they were functional but since then have been ineffective.

Unethical and mis leading
I instructed this firm to complete work for me on a case. The first phone call I had was encouraging, lead me to believe I had an excellent case. Then as the years went on and thousands spent, I ended up no where, didn’t even go to court. A paralegal did my work but was charged the rate of a solicitor. The most expensive paralegal I have seen. I would not recommend. They made my life a lot more stressful and I had to re live everything for no reason.
