    Great communication and tenacity

    I didn't get the right or fair result my children deserved but that wasn't the fault of my solicitor Victoria who was amazing. She was very understanding and sympathetic towards me. She explained everything that I needed to provide the court with and was easy to contact and most importantly kept me contantly in the loop which I appreciated greatly and the barrister Victoria provided me at court was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable too. I would definitely use Victoria and her firm again. If I had done this alone then the result for me and my children would have been a lot worse. Thank you Victoria :)

    Really happy with the service received especially as they provided translator which made registering LPA so much more professional. They did their due diligence which is an indication of their professionalism and concern for the clients wellbeing. Complete bonus they were local but I would have travelled just for them. Excellent communication every step of the way. Never had to chase. Also great they have a brick and mortar premise and I was welcome to turn up and speak to someone in person should I feel I wanted to. Didn't need to apart from the initial consultation as all other communication was direct with my council and over email or phone. Thank you kindly to Sital and team. 100% recommend.

    Amazing advice and service

    Coming to signature law was a very transparent process and I have received support straight away .       Avoid at all costs

      I used Signature Law as a first time buyer and the process couldn't have been more confusing and frustrating. What was supposed to be a 'straightforward' chain-free sale was made into a baffling experience all round. Sadid was terrible at keeping me informed, I had to chase several times to get any answers. He initiated certain enquiries around the lease without my ok and even when I said to leave it he continued to push the seller solicitors on them. He failed to explain the most basic legal jargon. Nothing was done on my sale for the first three months resulting in the sale taking 3 months longer than required. When I complained to Sital she either ignored me or incorrectly assumed it was now sorted. Sadid then initiated completion with my bank without confirmation from all parties on the date and without exchange, resulting in additional unnecessary stress for actual exchange date as we had to wait for the bank to re release the money. Sadid also made me think they hadn't received my deposit, and as such that it was lost, when actually he just didn't check with accounts first. Absolutely avoid this firm at all costs.

      Initially Signature Law did a good job of assisting me. The issue was when we did court via video call. My solictor did not show up for the 25 minutes and when they did, they could not answer any of the judges questions. I lost my case and do not feel i was represented properly when i needed it most. Will never use again.
