I used Signature Law as a first time buyer and the process couldn't have been more confusing and frustrating. What was supposed to be a 'straightforward' chain-free sale was made into a baffling experience all round. Sadid was terrible at keeping me informed, I had to chase several times to get any answers. He initiated certain enquiries around the lease without my ok and even when I said to leave it he continued to push the seller solicitors on them. He failed to explain the most basic legal jargon. Nothing was done on my sale for the first three months resulting in the sale taking 3 months longer than required. When I complained to Sital she either ignored me or incorrectly assumed it was now sorted. Sadid then initiated completion with my bank without confirmation from all parties on the date and without exchange, resulting in additional unnecessary stress for actual exchange date as we had to wait for the bank to re release the money. Sadid also made me think they hadn't received my deposit, and as such that it was lost, when actually he just didn't check with accounts first. Absolutely avoid this firm at all costs.

I didn't get the right or fair result my children deserved but that wasn't the fault of my solicitor Victoria who was amazing. She was very understanding and sympathetic towards me. She explained everything that I needed to provide the court with and was easy to contact and most importantly kept me contantly in the loop which I appreciated greatly and the barrister Victoria provided me at court was wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable too. I would definitely use Victoria and her firm again. If I had done this alone then the result for me and my children would have been a lot worse. Thank you Victoria :)

One of THE worst conveyancing solicitors I have ever experienced in 29 years of being an Estate Agent. Never respond to email, phone, left messages. Avoid at all costs please.

I approached Signature Law without recommendation. I found them on a Google search. I had already contacted numerous conveyancers/solicitors but didn’t feel confident with their services. Of all the conveyancers/solicitors I contacted, Signature Law were the only ones that didn’t sound desperate for my money and had a clear understanding of what my requirements were, as it was not straight forward. After speaking to Sunny (Partner) on the telephone, I felt almost confident they were the right choice. So I visited Signature Law’s office aswell before actually deciding to instruct them for their services. Cost was reasonable and definitely worth the money. Sadid and Mia were both easy to contact and kept me informed throughout. Thank you both for your consistency, support and firm stance when dealing with my case and the other party involved. You have been approachable, courteous and shown professionalism throughout.
