We were subject to a vexatious claim initiated by a family member, making time a critical factor. His expertise and unwavering commitment to our case were unparalleled.

Drink Driving Case

Richard handled my case really well. He is very approachable and provides clear, realistic advice. He came into his own when the prosecution went off-piste in court, forcing him to shift his planned approach. His knowledge of the law, tenacity and excellent advocacy skills secured me almost the minimum penalty, and less than I was expecting. I would definitely recommend Richard.

Richard Cooper the assigned solicitor for my partner’s case, got us a better outcome than we’d endeavoured. Although the case was finalised, I had a lot of questions
following this, which Mr Cooper was always at hand to answer

I was recently represented by Richard cooper for a lengthly two and a half years in what seemed like a never ending court case, during this time Richard made me feel comfortable showing compassion and understanding.
