Positive outcome on a tough application

I called Sternberg reed in Romford late last year regarding my eviction that was coming up. I wanted help from the council as it was deemed as intentional homelessness. Although the odds were against me Martin Hall appealed the decision and we won. I am grateful to have come into contact with such a professional solicitor that knows what he is doing and really sticks to his words. Once again thank you Martin.

First Class Service from Richard Cooper

Firstly, I would just like to start off by saying that I had a fantastic experience working with Richard Cooper. Richard was a great help in dealing with a common assault accusation, where he spent a great deal of time and detail in explaining the laws and answering any questions or queries I had. Richard had a very efficient communication style with me, keeping my informed about the case at all times, and answering calls whenever needed. My Court Travel Reimbursement

I had a court case in July 2019 and but give thanks to my solicitors (Mr Copper) with his professionalism on the way my case was handled but now my issue is getting back my travel court expenses and I have been promised a callback now for months with no callback on the update on when I will get my expenses back.

Richard Cooper the assigned solicitor for my partner’s case, got us a better outcome than we’d endeavoured. Although the case was finalised, I had a lot of questions
following this, which Mr Cooper was always at hand to answer

He’s been immensely supportive and professional, he never once made me feel that I’m bothering him. He works transparently with no sugar on top

I was recently represented by Richard cooper for a lengthly two and a half years in what seemed like a never ending court case, during this time Richard made me feel comfortable showing compassion and understanding. He is very polite, professional and hard working, his team and choice of barrister was just as amazing, to which they all worked hard in getting me the justice I deserved, should I ever need help again I would without question use Sternberg Reed again.
