Judith Gould was exemplary in the way she dealt with me and my son. My son has Dyslexia, Stammer and other health issues and I have had two strokes. She took the time to make sure that we both understand exactly the information she was giving, and she clarified a few matters which I had misunderstood her advice on. She gave me confidence to ask further questions and I didn't feel rushed by her explanations. She has been someone to talk to, to get me through things , helped with my anxiety and helped with all my court cases always had time to listen to me. Katie was so supportive throughout the whole court process. She got back to me quickly when I asked her questions upon questions via email. She had time for when I needed to see her face to face during the proceedings. She was available to speak on the phone when I needed her. She was so helpful throughout and I couldn’t have wanted anymore from her. She made me feel at ease throughout & reassured me when I needed it. Even now the proceedings have concluded, she has informed me that if I have further questions, just to email her. Such a lovely lady, so grateful for everything. Was a pleasure to meet and have along the journey.

the website speaks completely the opposite from real life ,when i called today i had a very poor service i am not going to mention her name but within 2 minutes she told me as a valued customer to slow down not in a nice manner but loudly and then she repetedly told me £240 which i didn't get at all .instead of giving a proper professional service and be nice i do understand is friday probably been hectic for them the whole week there is no need for bad service .i will keep looking i think i will extend my search to seaside bournemouth or brighton they're more relaxed i believe ,bit disapointed i must admit i think you should stay on a furlough imho.
