As first-time buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better solicitor than Lynsey Pender and the team at Malcolm Jack & Matheson. From our initial offer right through to collecting the keys, Lynsey was professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally responsive. Throughout the process she kept us informed, replied promptly to our questions and always took the time to explain matters clearly, giving us confidence at every stage of what was a completely new experience for us. What impressed us most was her proactive approach. I approached Ralph last year and sought his services with an issue. Throughout the whole process Ralph advised me accordingly with his excellent knowledge and experience over the years.
