Horrible customer service, did nothing for 2 months before the deadline, with 2 weeks left requested documents beyond the legal retention period and refused to do anything to resolve their own policy situation. Impossible to get hold of the rep dealing with your case. Do not use!
Very poor experience. They gave me a quote which I accepted. They then deducted more than twice the agreed amount before making the disbursement.

An absolute shambles of a company. We used these as they were the appointed conveyancer that came with FREE legals on our remortgage. Unfortunately, we have pretty much had to it all ourselves. I'm unsure what these actually do apart from sending thousands of automated emails asking for documents which you have already provided. I spoke with a lady named Kat who I found extremely rude and arrogant. All of their paperwork that they provide is difficult to fill out and their communication is really poor. Save yourself time, find a good solicitor, these are unprofessional and arrogant!
