Janine Toland from the Broxburn office handled the conveyancing for my recent investment property purchase, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the service. From the initial consultation right through to completion day, Janine’s attention to detail, professionalism and customer service were second to none. Her support colleagues were equally helpful and always on hand when needed, making the whole process as smooth and straightforward as possible. I would have no hesitation in recommending the firm and look forward to working with them again in the future.
I've used W & AS Bruce to buy twice and sell twice. Each time they have been outstanding. All of the staff I've been in contact with have been friendly and knowledgeable. Janine has worked through serious land registry issues for me and I would highly recommend everyone to use her services. I'll be emailing them again when the time comes for us to buy our next home, 100%.
Caitlin has taken me through first property purchase. Always clear in communication, never missed a bit. Would recommend to anyone that's about to buy their first property.

Difficult circumstances losing my brother led me to enlisting the services of w and as Bruce.Firstly Chris our solicitor at Dunfermline branch was empathetic caring and professional from the start and showed me where to go with everything that needed to be done.He was knowledgeable and took everything off my hands and handled everything brilliantly which was so much appreciated.After Chris had finished his part I was put in the very capable hands of Annie to help me navigate the sale of my brothers house This was once again handled with caring professionalism knowing exactly what needed to be done again taking all the pressure off my shoulders.The sale went through smoothly and Annie kept me informed all the way through the process.Chris and Annie I can't thank you enough for guiding me thorough an extremely difficult time and always being there for me.Truly appreciated
