After a shaky start, once Denise was on board, Denise (and Omar) provided a very good service with excellent communication and immediate response to queries. The conveyancing was completed in a very prompt manner. Would recommend to others in the area.

Communication throughout the process was clear and consistent, and she was always available to answer any questions when we had them. Moving day was a breeze, and went off without a hitch. Would highly recommend Llaura and the staff at W&AS Bruce for any legal needs.
Really recommended this as i bought a flat in livingston and had an issue for regestration but they are very professional and perfect experience on how to soulve the problem Much appreciated
