Born and raised in Galashiels, Scottish Borders, Adam moved to Dundee to study at the University of Dundee. Graduating in 2015 he then completed his Diploma at the University of Glasgow in 2016. Based in our Kirkcaldy office, Adam’s typical day involves the following areas of law: Residential & Commercial Conveyancing; Commercial Leasing; Acquisitions/Disposals; Business Acquisition/Sales; Transfers of Title; Powers of Attorney; Wills and Licensing. Forward-thinking, conscientious, and empathetic, Adam enjoys building relationships with clients by ensuring that they receive comprehensive and hands-on legal advice on an array of legal and commercial matters. He strives to be accessible and approachable with his clients at all times to ensure that the Conveyancing process is kept as stress-free as possible.     Great Conveyancing!

    Adam Smith and his team handled our house move with professionalism, giving us advice where necessary and prompt replies to our correspondence. On moving day the transaction was done speedily and banking timeously. We were kept well informed and we have no hesitation in recommending their services. …………………….. N.B.In the description boxes below I haven’t selected the services not required or which we could not compare. With regard to costs we have no knowledge of what other solicitors charge but we were happy to pay the amount charged and this had been clearly quoted to us when we initially approached them. As stated before…..very happy!
