This solicitor (Michael Poggi) is completely unreliable, untrustworthy and utterly incompetent! His incompetence delayed my trail by six months, wasting everyone’s time. We thankfully parted ways and while searching for a new solicitor, I was repeatedly told by other firms that Berry Poggi & Company we’re not to be trusted and they have heard similar stories to mine about this company and solicitor… I eventually found a new solicitor that has been outstanding. Beware of this company and do your research about Michael Poggi!! Honestly, do yourself a favour and just skip this solicitors, your local postman would be able to represent you better!
