Unforgivable Negligence
This firm agreed to take my case over two months ago. Since then, there has been no meaningful communication, no grasp of the case details, and no real effort to act in my interest. I recently received a letter informing me that no one had appeared in court on my behalf, and I am now ordered to attend in person.
This alone would be shocking — but I am scheduled for surgery on the same date, something that cannot be postponed. I suffer from serious physical health conditions (NPS and COPC), which have been severely exacerbated by the stress and uncertainty caused by this firm’s inaction.
The psychological impact has also been overwhelming. I have PTSD linked to a past wrongful imprisonment, and am now facing two sets of false charges. The trauma, the sleepless nights, the silence — it’s taken a brutal toll on my well-being and stability.
Despite being promised contact multiple times — beginning on a Thursday weeks ago — no one has ever followed through. I’ve been left in limbo, unsupported, and fighting through this alone.
To make matters worse, this entire situation has overshadowed a holiday I’ve planned for months with my fiancée for her 30th birthday — something that should’ve been a joyful milestone has been drowned in anxiety and uncertainty.
If you value your mental health, your physical well-being, or even just the basic decency of a call back — avoid this firm at all costs.
