Don't use them, they assist Procurator to charge you

I instructed David Fisken, Fisken assigned my case to Paul Sutherland. Police Scotland abused me and injured me. I have hospital report and my injured photos. Paul repeatly sought adjournments over a year. In the first diet, the witness clearly proved that the police provided false statement. Pual did not ask the witness any question. After finishing the diet, Paul withdrew from acting. He did not disclose any information to me about my case. The court said he saw the CCTV footage which could be used to prove how police to abuse me. But Paul did not submit to the court. I only knew the witness appeared in the diet when I saw her in the witness box. DON'T USE THIS FIRM. They would ASSIST PF TO CHARGE YOU dispite you are innocent person. The court granted one month for me to find another solicitor.

Relationship started off well with this firm. Was for custody of a child. But ended up losing all contact with my child due to this firms “advice” when I already had a court order in place. Felt like they left everything to the last minute. I done most of the work for them and still lost out. Please do no use this place
