Avoid! Feelings and Safe Spaces Are What Matters Here
No Professional Pride; Put Feelings over Facts
My case is incomplete and I was discarded casually for not settling for such treatment.
My lawyer, whom I had followed from another law firm, vanished without notification from anyone some days ago. No responsibility was taken for such negligence.
It's possible that internal communication is as poor as that with clients. But mistakes could be forgiven. It's the unwillingness to look in the proverbial mirror and fix things that's the real problem.
Instead one is falsely accused of being insulting, i.e. not settling for hollow excuses, and discarded after a glaringly poor performance in a number of ways.
Does anyone know what professional pride is in this place?
Things always took too long. Whenever one left a message with the receptionist, there was no result without more and more prompting.
Eventually I stopped calling reception. The only way to get my lawyer's attention, which was hard enough, was through email and text message.
Money was not the problem. I volunteered to pay more to have things dealt with faster and with more conviction on my behalf.
