I was recently bitten by a dog and was entitled to a Personal injury claim. I phoned Kerr Brown and right from the start the customer service was amazing communication was excellent, it was Connor who dealt with my case, as it was my first experience with this type of injury, right from the start Connor explained everything step by step to me which made me understand how the process went he always kept me updated as soon as my claim got any further forward he is really efficient, my claim was settled within months and I couldn't be any happier with the outcome. Kerr Brown are great solicitors I would use agian and highly recommend them to anyone for there services.

Minor injury claim dealt with speedily and professionally

Contacted Kerr Brown Partnership after receiving a minor injury to the head after no apology having been received from the car park company which is all I was looking for in the first instance. Kerr Brown acknowledged the negligence of the company where the incident occurred and appointed Yasmeen Shahid to deal with the claim.

From my point of view this was effortless and Kerr Brown and Yasmeen took control from December 2022 and the issue was concluded April 2023 to my complete satisfaction.

Thank you to all at Kerr Brown and I would highly recommend the company to anyone who asked me if I knew a good company to help them .
