I had dealt with this firm for several years appointing them for their expertise in various cases, in particular David Ogilvy who I have to say was always first class, however when the firm failed to notice a conflict of interest they dumped me immediately after serving actions upon a company, I was then forced to deal with a dittery OAP" the company head Mr Douglas Connell who I found to be slippery and down right rude, it was evident the man was out his depth in many areas of law and possessed the same slippery untrustworthy deminer as his colleague Robin Fulton who quite frankly chose to hide and favour his wealthier clients, I have since learned from senior legal figures that Robin Fulton for a better word was a moderate to useless lawyer. After dealing with Turcan Connell for around twenty years I would NEVER appoint them again. Finally this review has no reflection on David Ogilvy who I found to be top of the tree within his field.
