Amanda was incredibly efficient, responsive, and always more than happy to answer all of my questions, which made the entire process so much easier for me. We can highly recommend Frank Smith & Co Solicitors. My wife was quite nervous about the process of selling her parents house but Amanda, her assigned solicitor was very professional and kind. The process was handled very smoothly and quickly with no long delays or hold ups. There was a set up front price with no extra hidden costs. We would definitely use them again.
