Best solicitor for complex visa cases
I highly recommend Ben and Zarish for handling complex visa cases. I cannot thank them enough for making the impossible happen. My visa was approved within a week after being turned down by all other solicitors, who said my case was impossible. Ben and Zarish went above and beyond, working overtime on my case. They communicated with me and reviewed documents late into the night to ensure the application was submitted on time. They were able to pinpoint the mistakes my previous solicitor made and took the right steps to address them. Their meticulous attention to detail, strong legal explanations, and strategic approach made all the difference. I am truly grateful for their expertise and dedication.

Avoid this company. In February 2024, I paid Mr. Joe Thai Duy Dinh £1,300 to handle my wife’s spouse visa application, plus an additional £300 towards a fee waiver application. As of 2026, I do not believe any meaningful work has been carried out on my case. I was then told I would need to pay a further £1,300 before my application would proceed. I was also told that the £300 fee waiver payment would only be credited towards this new fee, otherwise I could take my file elsewhere but would lose the £1,600 I had already paid. I requested that the £300 be refunded because I no longer wish to apply for the fee waiver. I also asked for the return of the £1,300 I paid in 2024, as I do not believe the agreed work has been completed. I am a disabled wheelchair user and rely on state benefits, and I feel that my circumstances have not been taken into consideration during this dispute. Before instructing this firm, I would encourage others to read all reviews carefully, including lower-rated reviews, and make their own informed decision based on the experiences shared by previous clients.

Deeply regret working with Reiss Edwards
I had a vanilla family visa case. Instead of the estimated 4 weeks, it took me 7 months to get it. Sandeep & Evellyn at Reiss Edwards did nothing to help, they actually gave me poor (and sometimes factually incorrect) advice at every step along the way. In the end, I literally hired another firm for advice and only through their recommendations I was able to resolve my case. So hiring Reiss Edwards caused enormous emotional distress and I had to pay tens of thousands in additional rent in my country of origin. If I hadn't hired the other firm, I believe Sandeep would still be telling me to "either wait or sue the government". So I can't recommend enough *not to* hire Reiss Edwards.

Kristine Lauriaga worked relentlessly for my further leave to remain and citizenship application. She was very supportive and always available whenever I needed her advice and reassurance. She meticulously checked my paperwork and contacted the Home Office when my application took longer than usual to get approved. My mother’s visitor visa got approved after Kristine made a formal complaint at the home office about the mistake they did with my mother’s application. She checked their supporting documents meticulously and wrote a very strong letter to the home-office that made them overturn their decision to refuse their visa. I will always choose Reiss Edwards for any legal advice! Thank you Kristine and last but not least Mr. Sandeep who was always there for us from 2018.
