Although Cheval Legal take roughly half what you receive from credit card companies etc. I feel without their help I would have found it very difficult to deal with these companies. I received quick responses to my email and was updated regarding my claims.

I am more than happy with my claim for PPI Plevin. I felt it important to give a good review and feedback here as I had no problems with Cheval Legal. I received good customer service . The fees are roughly half of what you receive from credit card companies etc. Without the service from Cheval Legal it would have been very difficult to get anywhere with these companies as I received a letter from Bank of Scotland to say I had no valid claim. They did in fact owe me a large amount which I received today. Thank you to all the staff who dealt with me over the past months. Regards Samantha
It has been a long process (not their fault) there were problems with the money transfer, but it did arrive eventually after they chased it up for me. The Staff were all so helpful and polite. Occasional trouble getting through on phone, but that wasn’t a problem. They did their job, and earned whatever was made from that, I was very happy with the £500 I received. Don’t have all the names of those I dealt with, but Nicola, Jodie & Jana were all very good, as were all the others. Thank you team!!!
They have been excellent in communicating with me and have managed many claims. Waiting on further claims that are in the litigation process... To date no issues with them...
I used Cherval Legal for a PPI, lots of hard work was put into this by the company. Crossing the T,s and dotting the I,s took a while but through hard work and perseverance by Cherval the outcome at the end was very satisfactory.
