They have malware - now I'm getting spam
Performance of duties was fine, but their email system is compromised. There is malware, either on their server or on one of their desktops, which has given my email address to spammers. Now I am getting spear-phishing attacks in the guise of sales memoranda. I used a single-purpose email address to carry out my conveyancing, which is how I know it was this firm. I brought this up with the solicitor, who brushed off my concerns. Avoid.
