I've recently just purchased my first home and under recommendation I went with Charlotte at Keogh's in hazel grove. I cannot thank Charlotte Parker enough, I have had experiences with the typical conveyancing solicitor in the past which made for really difficult purchase process. However, Charlotte has definitely changed my perceptions of conveyancing solicitors. No question was too small to answer, we never needed to chase to move the process along, and Charlotte and her team kept us updated throughout. Once probate was granted on the property we were purchasing, the sale was completed in just over 5 weeks. I would not hesitate to instruct Charlotte and her team if we were to ever move again.

Charlotte Parker at the Hazel Grove branch was amazing when we were selling our house and buying another. She would always speak to us on the phone if we had a query (which we have never found possible with previous solicitors) and she has given us some great advice. Was really thorough when we were looking to buy a new house and made sure we didn't buy something with issues that might trip us up in future years. Would highly recommend her, she is really nice.
