Most arrogant unprofessional lawyers I have come across rude and extremely slow . Even after 6 months and a pmortgage offer extension they have failed to complete my purchase . I have lost lost all confidence in their staff especially Sonia bains who has delayed completion at every opportunity and ignored my interests unprofessionally To add insult to injury they have charged £3500 in legal fees for a property purchase of £225k I have now to start again with a new mortgage offer with another lawyers it’ appears wasting my time and money with slow unprofessional people . Would never recommend this firm to anyone looking for a professional service . Please look at the reviews and you will see others suffering like me . Meanwhile the higher magnet have ignored request for a call back . As a client I was let in the dark and ignored they moved at their own pace to rack up a bill and not even deliver in that

I would rate this 0 stars if possible. The most unprofessional, uncommunicative and poor service I have ever received. The purchase of our property has been delayed by several weeks due to LPL and their lack of motivation. After stating the purchase could not progress without the management pack, it turns out they had it on their systems for weeks, without even looking at it or acknowledging to us or the sellers solicitors that they had received it. I don't know if their staff are just bad at their jobs or lazy, but either way it is unacceptable. If you're looking for a smooth, quick and easy process AVOID LPL AT ALL COSTS! David Platten who should have been able to help progress our sale has been instrumental in getting nothing done. When calling the offices we are passed around from junior member of staff to junior member of staff and only able to contact David over email, and when we have contacted him he has been of NO HELP and has not been able to progress anything. Despite working with them for months we were never assigned a solicitor or point of contact, instead having to call up their reception over and over again to get any kind of response. Happy to take your money and do absolutely nothing. I have never in my life experienced such poor service and lack of emotion or empathy. Stay far far away from LPL, find another solicitor and I'm sure your journey will be much smoother than mine. This was as positive a review as I could muster up.

Had a great experience with LPL on a recent conveyancing matter. Worked closely with Nicholas, who dealt with what turned out to be a particularly challenging lender. He stayed on top of it, pursued every detail, and kept things moving when it could easily have stalled. Really professional throughout, communicative, and got the job done. Omitting one star as we initially experienced issues with the other solicitor assigned to our case at LPL. However, once Ms. Sima Ludi took over, everything was handled swiftly and efficiently. She quickly got on top of the situation, resolved outstanding issues, and moved things forward without unnecessary delays. Communication was excellent, all emails and queries were answered promptly, and she worked hard to ensure matters progressed as quickly as possible. Her efficiency and proactive approach made a real difference in getting the transaction back on track and ensuring a smooth process. We are now very close to completion and look forward to receiving the keys to our new home.
