Dealt with them for a housing claim, very happy with the outcome, my housing with the last solicitors? (I attempted with someone else and gave up due to an RTC, 2 years ago still recovering) They lied to them claiming I was non responsive and never made no disrepair calls/logs, which was all untrue, I complained about a mould issue? For nigh on 7 years with the discovery of it and even during COVID enquired about mold testing, proof of complaints In 2022, the legal way these guys got my housing basically cacking their pants? Was actually comically hilarious 🤣, NEVER in my life did I see such..... Fumbling from my housing association.... I've been w/them from 2010.... The way one housing manager even pretended to be a surveyor because I assume my claim cost them enough paying the Antony holdari and me compensation. I assume they couldn't pay for a surveyor 🤣💀 Anyways their own repair men TOLD me a whole load of.... Grievances shall I say.... If you guys deal with that if I ever see them again (a few have told me their leaving due to bad work atmosphere and pay issues) I'll refer them to you guy's 😏😭 I've told them myself what to do. 😬 (Most not even with a union it's shocking)... Anyways this outdated house is repaired to barely standard so I'm happy. I shall be RUNNING to these solicitors again if it happens again THANKYOU everyone in your team It's genuinely the most my housing has done in the 14 years I've been here. And thats all thanks to you guys ❤️💯💯💯💯

Not entirely satisfied
Unfortunately I do not feel satisfied, the work was carried out however the mould has returned. I feel they settled for too little and more should have been done to help us attain more compensation. At the beginning of the claim communication was on point however after it was a chasing game. Having to pay a success fee fir a settlement under £1000 is a total steal then paying insurance makes you wonder if it was all worth it??
