They helped me resolve the issues I had with my landlord
My landlord wouldn't listen and would just laugh at me thanks to the support from these guys they worked hard to help me and give him no option but to get the problem sorted thank you.
The solicitors were very helpful and they acted very fast to help me about my council flat damp and water leak

Unfortunately I do not feel satisfied, the work was carried out however the mould has returned. I feel they settled for too little and more should have been done to help us attain more compensation. At the beginning of the claim communication was on point however after it was a chasing game. Having to pay a success fee fir a settlement under £1000 is a total steal then paying insurance makes you wonder if it was all worth it??

Very good help me very fast with my payout
Good communaction at start, work l need on my house is getting done, but towards the end when we agreed settlement l phoned to speak with Anthony, they never got back to me. I emailed but nothing there, called again left a message but again nobody called me back. I still dont fully understand my settlement and what is to be done with my carpet. This my honest review, lovely guy, did the work l asked but no communication at thr end and l feel l have been left hanging. Better communication is needed, but overall his work is good.
