They helped me resolve the issues I had with my landlord
My landlord wouldn't listen and would just laugh at me thanks to the support from these guys they worked hard to help me and give him no option but to get the problem sorted thank you.
The solicitors were very helpful and they acted very fast to help me about my council flat damp and water leak
From initial consult about my housing disrepair being raised in may - September it was completed, paid out compensation and done. 9 months total it took for my roof to be repaired that was leaking into the electric mains. But I don’t think I’d have it done now if it wasn’t for this firm.
I contacted the solictors due to extreme hoauong repairs that had been ignored for years abd with in three months the repairs were completed along with others too , The service was professional ,supportive and simple , highly recommended,

Antony hodari, not only did they help me understand my claim process, I became aware of my rights to what was decent standard home should look like also not be in disrepair standards that so many are living in 2026.
I lived in an old council flat that required numerous repairs; unfortunately, the council dragged its feet on everything for years, causing me a great deal of stress and frustration. Many solicitors—or people posing as such—kept calling me, messaging me on WhatsApp, and knocking on my door. None of them achieved anything, and life in the flat eventually became unbearable, especially after the electrics failed. Then, quite by chance, I came across Antony Hodari Solicitors on Google. I contacted them via their website, and they called me back the very next day. The entire process took less than a month and went very smoothly. The council started calling me about the repairs themselves, but the list of issues was likely too extensive, so they moved me from band B to "Band A" and told me to bid on new properties via their website. Within just a few days, I received a beautiful, brand-new flat and compensation. I am incredibly grateful to Antony Hodari Solicitors for the fast and efficient handling of my case, and I highly recommend them. Steve, in particular, was incredibly helpful and reliable. Unfortunately I do not feel satisfied, the work was carried out however the mould has returned. I feel they settled for too little and more should have been done to help us attain more compensation. At the beginning of the claim communication was on point however after it was a chasing game. Having to pay a success fee fir a settlement under £1000 is a total steal then paying insurance makes you wonder if it was all worth it??
