Duty solicitor experience from Kristina Harrison Solicitors
Avoid Kristina Harrison solicitors. Simple as that. If you're looking for a solicitor, I'd look elsewhere what ever you do, as I'd be horrified if there were worse than these arrogant, uninterested parasites. They are unscrupulously living off people that find themselves in trouble with the law, without providing the service they are being paid to do. I had the misfortune of one of Kristina Harrison Solicitors, Michael, arriving as duty solicitor prior to my interview at a police station. Minimal input from him during the interview and a promise from him to contact me on Thursday/Friday the following week. I was waiting, but I neither saw nor heard from him again. My emails asking for support with responded to with curt, one-sentence replies. They gave me no help, guidance or advice at all. They didn't ring me once. They emailed me four months after my arrest with a court date, that I checked with the court, because I has no trust in this company's competence, and I found out that actual court date was a day before the date on the paperwork from this company. They are doing the basic paperwork at the start and end of the process to justify their payment, but they give nothing to the client in between. On principle, I have written a complaint to them, which has been met with the same arrogance and ambivalence as I experienced in my 'service' from them. It's dangerous that charlatans like these are provided to people that have been arrested, ostensibly to support them, but seemingly just interested in collecting the renumeration for starting and ending the process. They'll give you no support in between. They are in it only for themselves. A husband and wife operation running a nice little racket for themselves. A disgrace to the legal profession. You have been warned.
