⭐ A deeply upsetting experience with LegalVision
I honestly never expected to find myself writing a review like this, but my experience with LegalVision has left me deeply disappointed, hurt and distressed. I felt that Ryan repeatedly misled me into signing a contract, and I did not feel that I was given a fair opportunity to understand what I was getting myself into. I trusted what I was being told, and the consequences of that decision have been devastating for me. What hurts the most is that I tried to explain my situation. I tried to make them understand that I felt misled and that this was not what I had expected when I signed the contract. Instead of feeling listened to or treated with understanding, I felt that my concerns were dismissed and that I was being pressured into paying more than £3,000, despite no work having been carried out for me, as far as I could see. The way I was treated during the video calls made an already stressful situation even worse. I found the conversations intimidating and the attitude towards me extremely disappointing. A man named Mark was present during the calls but remained silent until I said that I would not be paying them a penny. He then began speaking, and I felt that the conversation became an attempt to pressure me rather than genuinely understand my situation. I found the whole experience deeply uncomfortable and unprofessional. This is not simply about money. This situation has had a serious impact on my life. I ended up having to close my business bank account and shut down my company. Having to go through that has been incredibly upsetting, and it is difficult to put into words how much this whole experience has affected me. I am not writing this review because I am angry about not getting my own way. I am writing it because I genuinely feel let down by a company from whom I expected professionalism, honesty and fair treatment. I wanted my concerns to be heard. I wanted someone to show some understanding of what I was going through. Instead, I was left feeling intimidated, unsupported and deeply disappointed. What I find particularly upsetting is that I made repeated attempts to explain my position, yet I never felt that my situation was being approached with the compassion or fairness I had hoped for. I understand that contracts are serious commitments. However, I also believe that people deserve to be treated with respect, that concerns about how an agreement was entered into should be taken seriously, and that communication should never leave a customer feeling intimidated. I sincerely hope that others take the time to look carefully into what they are signing and make sure they fully understand the financial commitments involved before entering into an agreement. This experience has genuinely hurt me, affected my business and left me with a very negative impression of LegalVision. I would not wish for anyone else to go through a similar experience.
