My experience was awful. When I asked for a legal document, they said it was done, but I never received it. I asked for the letter where the amount offered by the insurance was, they said that they could not send it because there were some problems. In this age of technology? I believe I was deceived. I do not recommend contacting this company.

I was contacted by lines solicitors after having a non fault crash, my insurance company told me I would not be eligible for a claim and dismissed me, however lines solicitors contacted me, helped start the process of the claim and handled the whole process with brilliant customer service, would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to use their services.
